A brief insight, our project was an entire demolition and renovation of an existing pool/backyard, which brings a level of challenges way beyond a simple new build. The high standard level of customer service, expertise, quality craftsmanship and dedication were evident with each office staff member we communicated with, each installer, electrician, plumber and concrete/gunite crew which made our entire project transition from phase to phase smoothly.

The patience, expertise and meticulousness of our designer, Stephanie was immeasurable. To build on what we initially envisioned, she saw the potential to bring out the beauty of the existing space. She offered many wonderful suggestions to enhance the vision of which we included in our renovation. From the beginning, she made sure there was a communication plan in motion via group text thread, so everyone involved would be updated on status updates, changes and other important information relevant to our project. She’s the best!

We are so grateful for the level of knowledge Justin brought to the project. He was always willing to take the time and help us in any way with technical or general construction questions. We had a point of contact throughout the entire process. Response times were always spot on.

As with any major home project, there are the unforeseen issues that come up and when they did, those were handled in the most professional, timely and cost-effective manner.

The attention to detail and timeliness of each phase of the project gave us an added level of confidence. A heartfelt thank you to Stephanie, Matt, Justin, Jorge, Xavier and to all the hard-working men that were part of our renovation.
